What happens next

Request received
We confirm your deletion request within 24 hours.

30-day grace period
Your account is deactivated but not yet deleted. You have 30 days to change your mind.
03
Permanent deletion
After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
Prefer to do it yourself?
You can delete your account directly from the HilMail app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Specific data deletion?
If you only want specific data removed rather than your full account, select "I want specific data deleted only" in the form and describe what you need in the details field.
