The only time any data touches an external system is when it is technically unavoidable to deliver the service to you — for example, emails you send are routed over standard email protocols to reach their destination.

Payment processing is handled by trusted providers solely to complete your transaction. They receive only what is required to process the payment — HilMail does not pass them your email content, usage history, or any other personal data.

05Email Content & Privacy

Your emails are yours. Email content is processed only at the technical level required to route and display messages in your inbox. No human at HilMail reads your emails. No automated system mines them for data. No third party ever receives your message content.

Disposable email addresses are designed for temporary use. Emails received at disposable addresses are automatically deleted after the period you configure — leaving no trace on our systems.

06Analytics & Tracking

Any internal diagnostics we collect — such as crash reports or error logs — exist solely to fix bugs and keep the app stable. This data is never shared externally, never linked to your identity, and never used for any purpose beyond improving reliability.

07Payment Processing

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the transaction is handled entirely by the payment provider. HilMail receives only a confirmation that payment succeeded — nothing more. Your financial data never touches HilMail's own systems.

08User Control & Account Deletion

You are in control of your account and the data associated with it. HilMail provides tools to manage, export, and delete your data.

• Delete individual emails from your mailbox at any time
• Manage and remove email addresses and custom domains
• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Delete your account and associated data
• Request information about data we hold about you

09Third-Party Services

Where technically necessary to operate the service — such as payment processing — external providers receive only the bare minimum data required for that specific function. They are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We do not integrate advertising networks, data brokers, social media trackers, or any service whose business model involves monetizing user data.

10Legal Requests

HilMail will always fight to protect your privacy, including against legal requests we believe are unjustified. We are on your side.
